Regional Operations Manager
Surfing WA is looking for someone to fill a newly formed position within our organisation. This is a leadership role within a flexible fun team environment, responsible for delivering oversight and the effective operation of SWA operations in regional WA and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders, including affiliated Boardrider clubs and surf schools.
In this role you will be developing regional strategic partnerships with our regional stakeholders, other government departments, local government, and community groups to lead the development and implementation of participation and participation focused programs, across the state, in line with our strategic and regional development plan.

The Surfing WA Surf School is on the hunt for surf coaches for the busy summer season ahead!
Are you passionate about surfing and love the ocean? Do you have a gift for teaching new skills, enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude? Then we want to hear from you!
We will provide you with training, guidance and the opportunity to work at one of Australia’s best beaches.
Availability through the summer is essential and existing qualifications are desirable but not essential (Surf Coaching Qualification, Senior First Aid & Surf Rescue Certificates).
