The 2023 competition season will commence in January with the 18th installment of Taj’s Small Fries set to run in Yallingup on the 13th – 15th January.

Next years calendar is jam-packed with close to 30x State, Specialty, National and International events to be held throughout WA’s major surfing regions.

Key events in 2023 will include; The World Surf League Margaret River Pro, The Corsaire Aviation King of the Point, The 24th Whalebone Longboard Classic, as well as a suite of competitions that will cater for West Australian juniors, shortboarders, longboarders, bodyboarders and stand up paddleboarders (SUP).

“It was so good to see our surfers competing at the highest level and once again travelling to National Title events across all disciplines,” said Surfing WA Events Manager Justin Majeks. “We strive to continue to deliver the best experience for our members, whilst supporting long standing club events and exposing more people to our wonderful surfing community in 2023.”
