Taj’s Small Fries is one of Australia’s premier junior surfing events, founded by West Australian surfing legend Taj Burrow. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and high standards, the event provides young surfers with the opportunity to showcase their talent, build confidence and compete in a fun, supportive environment.

In 2026, Taj’s Small Fries presented by Board Store celebrates its 21st year, marking an incredible milestone in the Australian junior surfing calendar. As the first 10,000-rated event on the Australian Junior Surfing Series, it continues to attract the country’s best emerging talent.
