Did you know, in addition to our popular surfing lessons, there are a number of regular fitness and wellness classes at Surfing WA to enhance your physical and mental well-being, including yoga, pilates, sound healing, Surf HIIT gym sessions and skate surf training sessions. These opportunities are hosted at our headquarters in the picturesque location of Trigg Beach, WA.

At Surfing WA, we’re proud to open our Trigg Beach training room to local small businesses who bring the community together through wellness, fitness, and mindful movement. From yoga and pilates to sound healing, meditation, and surf-inspired fitness, these sessions are run by passionate local instructors who hire our space to share their expertise.
