2020 HYUNDAI AUSTRALIAN SUP TITLES PRESENTED BY SAE GROUP CANCELLED

Surfing Australia today announces the unfortunate cancellation of the 2020 Hyundai Australian SUP Titles presented by SAE Group which were scheduled to run from November 10 – 14, 2020 on Phillip Island.

 
Our priority at Surfing Australia is the health, wellbeing and safety of our competitors, staff and spectators, we at Surfing Australia will continue to follow the latest Government health advice in relation to the COVID restrictions.

Surfing Australia’s National Events schedule has been subject to change in the current COVID-19 environment, and with the safety of all involved at the forefront of any decision, the call has been made to cancel the highly regarded Hyundai Australian SUP Titles presented by SAE Group. 

Surfing Australia CEO Chris Mater said: “ Sadly 2020 has now seen the cancellation of several of our prestigious National Titles events in this COVID-19 environment, the Hyundai Australian SUP Titles being the second cancellation on our calendar. We look forward to rescheduling the event in 2021, again on the epic Phillip Island.”

NOTE: All Surfing Australia events and event dates are subject to change. Surfing Australia strictly adheres to any Federal Government directive regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic.


 
The 2020 Hyundai Australian SUP titles presented by SAE Group was proudly supported by Hyundai, Victorian Government, Bass Coast Council, SAE Group, Hydralyte Sports, 2XP, The International Surfing Association(ISA), Surfing Victoria and Surfing Australia.
